Description BounceBack: Reclaim your health is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. 
 
Once a referral has been submitted, you will be contacted by a BounceBack coach within five business days to schedule a telephone assessment: 
*The program involves three to six telephone coaching sessions and self-help workbooks, which you can do from the comfort of your home. 
*Your coach is there to help you develop new skills, keep you motivated, and monitor how you’re doing. 
*You and your coach will select from among 20 workbook topics that are best suited to your current needs.  
Some popular workbooks are: *Being assertive *Changing extreme and unhelpful thinking *Overcoming sleep problems.

Clients need a referral from a primary healthcare provider (family doctor, nurse practitioner) or psychiatrist or can self-refer if willing to share their primary care provider’s information.

Languages English ; French ; Arabic ; Chinese (Cantonese) ; Chinese (Mandarin) ; Farsi (Persian) ; Spanish ; Telephone coaching and workbooks are available in the following languages: English, French, Arabic, Farsi, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin (Traditional Chinese). Coaching is also available in many other languages, but participants must have a basic English reading level in order to work through the selected workbooks.
