The Peel Crisis Capacity Network (PCCN) provides time-limited, transitional crisis/urgent supports to individuals (11yrs & over) with a developmental disability or a dual diagnosis (ie: developmental disability and mental health needs). The Network's services are provided by a variety of organizations in Peel region who have partnered together to create the PCCN. |
