Description/Eligibility/Service Details

Description The service offers psychiatric assessment and group-based therapy programs for complex clients with a primary diagnosis of a mood and/or anxiety disorder, in addition to a concurrent substance use disorder, trauma, and/or borderline personality disorder. The service includes a four week psychoeducation group focused on skills building, education, recreation, and individual support (4-5 days/week). 
Referral Required: a physician referral is required using the CAMH referral form.
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up
