| Description | Provides both inpatient and community-based mental services * multidisciplinary team offers a broad range of assessment, treatment, education and consultation services to individuals and families * physician referrals for patients to mental health services can be made by completing one-Link referral form * one-Link is a single point of access for referrals to 10 addiction and mental health service providers funded by Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (MH LHIN) including tele-mental health program Services and Programs: Addictions and Concurrent Disorders Centre - Adult Outpatient Mental Health Child and Adolescent Services Eating Disorders Program Inpatient Treatment Unit RBC Pediatric Urgent Care Mental Health Program Transitional Age Youth Program Women's Reproductive Mental Health Program Provides comprehensive, patient centered and accessible care for people at different stages of their lives who are experiencing mental health or addictions issues * core services include acute care and inpatient services, ambulatory and outpatient services, child and adolescent services, medical psychiatry, and seniors mental health services |
