| Description | Impact supports youth age 12-18+ with cutting down and/or stopping substance use through education and both harm reduction and abstinence-based strategies * substance use education and harm reduction strategies provided in individual and group settings Benefits: •help to identify triggers, warning signs and to develop alternative positive coping skills •case management support to develop and achieve personal recovery goals •support is also offered in group settings and to connect youth to external community resources |
