Description/Eligibility/Service Details

Description Impact supports youth age 12-18+9 with cutting down and/or stopping substance use through education and both harm reduction and abstinence-based strategies * substance abuse education and harm reduction strategies provided in individual and group settings * support is also offered to connect youth to external community resources
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm

Eligibility Youth 12 years - 18+ years who experience difficulties at home, school or in the community as a result of substance use and/or mental health concerns. Impact serves residents of Brampton, Caledon and Malton
