Description Inpatient mental health services * 4 units * provide assessment and acute treatment for adults with major mental illness 
 
Intensive Unit 
12-bed unit which provides treatment for the most acutely ill patients who arrive from the Emergency Department 
 
Gen B 
20-bed unit providing acute treatment primarily for those with mood and anxiety disorders 
 
Gen C 
20-bed unit providing acute treatment for those primarily with schizophrenia and psychotic disorders 
 
Geriatric Mental Health Unit 
12 bed unit which provides acute treatment for seniors with major mental disorders
Hours Daily 24 hours

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up
Application Admissions to the inpatient units are through the Emergency Department.
